Throughout this cookbook Kendall has scattered her photos from Tuscany and the Greek Islands that inspired many scenes in her ‘Treasured’ series. The cover photo is the terrace at the 700 year old Tuscan Villa she stayed in with her husband. Villa Pandolfini was such a delightful place to holiday, that it’s also Rosalina’s home in Treasured Secrets.
Supper time is always ‘delizioso’ in Treasured Secrets.
Alessandro placed a steaming mug in front of Rosalina and she was impressed. One of her pistachio biscotti’s balanced on the saucer. ‘This is lovely. Thank you.’

She blew on the top and then took a sip. The sweet velvety chocolate was the perfect temperature — not so hot that it burnt her lips, but heated enough to enhance the rich flavour and warm her insides. ‘It’s perfect.’
